Refund and Returns Policy
We really want you to love our products but if you don't you can return it for up to 14 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags.
You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product to 32 Aislabie Garth, Ripon, North Yorkshire, HG4 2DX.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please allow several days for your refund to go through.
We can not accept returns on SALE items.
Mistakes happen! Its how we deal with it that's important.
In the unlikely event of your product arriving damaged we will efficiently and quickly resolve the situation.
Send us an email immediately with good quality images of the damage to email@example.com.
Once we have received the email we will confirm the damage and offer you various options.
1. Offer you an exchange subject to stock availability.
2. Offer you a FULL refund.
3. Offer you a partial refund if this is applicable.
If an exchange is requested we will arrange collection of the damaged product and deliver a replacement subject to stock availability.
If you accept a FULL refund we will arrange collection and upon receipt of the damaged product we will process your refund. Please allow several days for this to happen.
If you accept a partial refund in certain circumstance where the damage maybe minimal, that is acceptable to both parties, we will process that refund.
All collections and new delivery costs will be paid by us.
In all circumstances we will keep you informed all the way by email and/or telephone and will always assure you of our best intentions.
